The main objective of the research was to define the significance of statistical control in process management in a private educational institution in Huancayo. It is an applied research, explanatory level, pre-experimental design with pre and post, a Likert scale survey questionnaire was used that consists of 24 items or questions applied to 30 subjects, including teachers and administrators of the School, it was also used the Six Sigma methodology in the 2021 and 2022 Management evaluation. The results using the Wilcoxon statistic showed a p-value of 0.001 lower than the 0.050 significance level. In the variable statistical control, it was digitized under the structure of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and in the variable Management by processes it was structured according to the approach of the ISO 21001 standard to align and relate the parts of the educational organization, allowing a better control of processes (Strategic Management – Operational, Pedagogical Management and Wellbeing Management – Support). It is concluded that it is necessary and fundamental in the private educational institution to consolidate an integrated system of statistical control through which the different components of an organization are ordered and directed and can achieve better performance.
