Políticas sobre plagio
The journal Llimpi promotes academic integrity and good practices in scientific publishing and rejects any form of plagiarism or scientific misconduct.
The Editorial Board has established that all manuscripts submitted to the journal must properly cite and reference all sources used during the research and preparation of the manuscript.
To ensure the originality of submissions, all manuscripts are screened using similarity detection software before entering the editorial process.
The journal uses Turnitin to verify the originality of submitted manuscripts.
Similarity screening
Before being registered in the editorial system, manuscripts are analyzed by the Editorial Board using Turnitin.
Manuscripts presenting a similarity index of up to 30% may proceed to the editorial process and enter the peer review stage, provided that the detected similarities do not correspond to large consecutive paragraphs and excluding bibliographic references.
It is important to note that similarity does not necessarily imply plagiarism, and each case will be evaluated by the Editorial Board.
Procedure in case of high similarity
Manuscripts exceeding the established similarity threshold will be returned to the author along with the similarity report so that the necessary corrections can be made.
Authors may resubmit the corrected manuscript if they consider it appropriate. In such cases, the manuscript will be treated as a new submission and will be subject to the journal’s editorial processes.
