Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

The journal Llimpi acknowledges that artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support writing, analysis, or editing processes in academic work. However, their use must be transparent, responsible, and ethical.

Authors are responsible for the content of the manuscripts submitted to the journal and must indicate within the manuscript itself whether artificial intelligence tools were used in the preparation of the text, analysis, or generation of content.

Artificial intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors of a manuscript, as they do not meet the internationally accepted criteria for academic authorship.

The use of AI tools does not exempt authors from responsibility for the originality, accuracy, interpretation, and scientific quality of the submitted work.

The journal reserves the right to evaluate the use of these tools when deemed necessary, within the framework of its editorial ethics and good publication practices.
