This study aimed to determine the relationship between school well-being management and the level of violence among students in a girls' educational institution in Huancavelica, Peru. The population consisted of students from first to fifth grade of secondary education, from which a sample of 1,071 students was drawn through census sampling. The research was basic in type, with a correlational design and a quantitative approach; scientific and descriptive methods were applied. The data collection technique was the survey, and two validated questionnaires were used to assess each variable. The results revealed inverse and highly significant relationships between school well-being management and the different types of violence: psychological violence (r = –0.997), physical violence (r = –0.997), and sexual violence (r = –0.855), with a p-value of 0.000. In general, it is concluded that there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between the management of school well-being and the level of violence among students. In other words, more effective well-being management is associated with lower levels of violence in the school environment.
