Abstract

The investigated variables were educational management, which focuses on the principal's role, while teacher performance concentrates on the pedagogical practices of the teachers. The general objective was to determine the relationship between educational management and teacher performance in the Antonio Raymondi Secondary School in Ambato, Yauli, Huancavelica region. The descriptive method was used, documentary instruments were utilized for materials, and the technique involved surveys and questionnaires applied to the teachers of the mentioned secondary school. The results demonstrate that there is a positive relationship with a 0.476 correlation between educational management and teacher performance. In conclusion, it is asserted that when educational management is efficient, teacher performance will also be efficient.
