Sgraffito technique in reducing stress in a primary level institution in Huancavelica

The objective of the research was to determine the degree of influence of the sgraffito technique in reducing stress in the students of the 2nd Grade “C” of the Educational Institution No. 36002 Las Azules de Huancavelica period 2022. The research had a quantitative approach. applied type, explanatory level, with a pre-experimental design, the population consisted of 91 students and a non-probabilistic sample made up of 24 children, the scientific method and logical methods were used, the techniques and instruments used were; systematic observation (observation sheet of the sgraffito technique) and the survey (stress questionnaire). The results reflect that before applying the sgraffito technique, 58.3% of the students found themselves with moderate stress and 41.7% with high stress in both dimensions, however, when said technique was applied this step low grade with 70.8% and moderate grade with 29.2%. Statistical analysis of the non-parametric Wilcoxon test revealed a sig level. = 0.000 which is very significant, because it is lower than the assumed significance level α=0.05. It is concluded that the sgraffito technique has decreased the physical and emotional stress of the students of the 2nd Grade “C” of the Educational Institution No. 36002 Las Azules de Huancavelica.
