Abstract
The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between the use of virtual tools and teaching performance at the secondary level in Huancavelica, this problem is identified as a result of the Pandemic COVID-19 during the years 2020 and 2021; so the study focused on teachers working at the secondary education level in the province of Acobamba, under the premise that if they have mastery in the use of virtual tools during the development of their classes and their teaching performance during virtuality. The technique used was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed that 77% present a medium level of use of virtual tools and 23% show a high level; furthermore, 73% show a high level of performance and 50% a medium level of use of virtual tools and a high level of performance. From the research conducted, it is concluded that the use of virtual tools has a direct and substantial link with teaching performance, since the interaction of the teacher with virtual tools is a determining factor in terms of the improvement of teaching performance results.
