Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present how Logistics Management is related to the progress of the Road Works of the Consultores y Ejecutores Company CIEL INGENIEROS S.A.C - 2022, for this purpose information was collected with the data collection instrument through 28 questions and the participation of a target population of 25 workers surveyed corresponding to the two areas (logistics and technical) of the Company Consultores y Ejecutores CIEL INGENIEROS S.A.C., it is also of a basic type, correlational level, likewise, Cronbach's alpha was used for the reliability of the instruments, where 0.926 and 0.913 were obtained respectively. In conclusion, Logistics Management is directly and significantly related to the progress of the Road Works of the Consultores y Ejecutores Company CIEL INGENIEROS S.A.C - 2022. This is how the general objective is fulfilled with a high and positive degree of correlation r=71 .9% with (p=0.000) p<0.05 thus concluding that the relationship is direct and significantly between the variables under study. In the same way, according to the first specific hypothesis, the correlation value of Pearson's r was obtained: r= 71.7% with (p=0.000), which indicates the existence of a high positive correlation, and also for the second specific hypothesis formulated. , the Pearson r correlation value was obtained: r= 74.4% with (p=0.000) which indicates a high positive correlation.
