The purpose of this research work was to determine the influence of the addition of Stipa Ichu ash on the design of the F'c=210kg/cm2 concrete mix for compression building structures (ACI method) in the Lircay district, Angaraes province, Huancavelica. The method that was applied in this research work was non-probabilistic sampling, which indicates that the sample is equal to the population (population of 28 cylindrical concrete specimens taking into account the resistance of 210kg/cm2 as a standard), in three places (Lircay to Ayacucho, Lircay to Ocopa and Lircay to Huancavelica) extracted the Stipa Ichu materials, showing the results obtained from the similarity of chemical properties of the portland cement oxides, reaching the conclusion that the chemical properties of Stipa Ichu ash It has a very significant influence on the elevation of concrete resistance to compression.
