The objective of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of the staff, the instrument applied is a questionnaire on the work environment and staff performance, it is made up of 40 items, 20 for each variable, where it was possible to determine that the instrument It is valid through Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient (0.958 or 95.8% and 0.951 or 95.1%), likewise it was verified that it is reliable to collect information on the variables. The results of Spearman's rho correlation coefficient, the calculated value Rho = 0.780, which is beyond 95% confidence in accepting Ho, in such a way that we reject the null hypothesis (Ho): Likewise, the probability of the error to deny the null hypothesis (Ho) is =0.000, in this sense this value of p is less than the proposed level of significance of 0.05, in such a way, there is no way to admit the null hypothesis (Ho), because it is not statistically significant. Therefore, we accept the alternate hypothesis (H1), so we can confirm with 95% confidence that the Work environment significantly influences the performance of the personnel in Civil Works of the District Municipality of Pilpichaca - Ecocimet Ingenieros Consultores S.R.L. 2018”.
