HOME TREATMENT OF COVID-19: An alternative to the hospital crisis

The clinical manifestations of coronavirus (Covid-19) can be variable depending on the immune status of the person. Evidence of individualized and comprehensive clinical management at home and in isolation is scarce at the national level. Two identified cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection and a positive blood test for Covid-19 are described. Of these patients, one with comorbidity characteristics; grade I obesity, the other hypercholesterolemia. The case of a 60-year-old and 59-year-old married couple with clinical pictures of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) is described, receives treatment with ivermectin, azithromycin, dexamethasone, enoxaparin, ceftriaxone, ozone, acetylcysteine, fenofibrate and oxygen therapy; observing a clinical benefit of the therapeutic combination.
