This article analyzes the optimization of employee training through digital platforms, structured in introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used, involving document review and case analysis to illustrate benefits, challenges, and trends in training digitalization. Key findings show that tools like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, and TalentLMS enhance flexibility, personalization, and learning progress tracking. Gamification and the use of video games were found to increase motivation, knowledge retention, and organizational engagement, particularly in technological environments. Moreover, generative artificial intelligence and chatbots support personalized training, even in high-pressure settings such as seaports. The study also highlights the lack of specialized materials in certain industries, which limits training effectiveness. It proposes the development of targeted content and user-centered pilot courses. In conclusion, the research suggests that the strategic integration of digital technologies into training programs positively transforms employee performance and business competitiveness, emphasizing the need for continuous evaluation and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
