Legal criteria for the determination of civil compensation in traffic accidents in the judicial district of Huancavelica during the years 2015 - 2016

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the legal criteria applied by judges of the Superior Court of Justice of Huancavelica to determine civil reparations in traffic accident cases during the years 2015-2016. It adopts a basic approach with a descriptive and explanatory level, framed within a doctrinal scope. The research is based on the scientific method, employing specific methods such as historical, descriptive, and personal testimony. Given the small population, a census sampling approach was employed, including all cases available in a non-probabilistic manner. The primary technique used was observation, supported by the use of an observation sheet as a key instrument.
