This study aimed to understand the results obtained by applying Oral Litigation Techniques to prove the Case Theory in the prosecutors and lawyers of the Third Single Criminal Court of Huancavelica in the year 2015. It was basic research of descriptive-comparative-legal level. It was guided by historical, comparative, analysis-synthesis, descriptive, and inductive-deductive methods. The design was descriptive and comparative. The population consisted of prosecutors and lawyers who litigated in the Third Single Criminal Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Huancavelica, covering a total of 10 cases (videos). The sample included the entire population and was non-probabilistic. The technique used was observation, with fiching as the instrument.
